By accepting your appointment with My Curvy Wellness or Curvy Girl Wellness Virtual services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Respectful Behavior: You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner at all times. Any negative, false, or fake reviews or comments on social media platforms will result in permanent forfeiture of your service or participation in events to include possible legal action for defamation.
2. Rescheduling Policy:
   • You are allowed one reschedule of your appointment with a $50 rescheduling fee in the event of a no-call-no-show.
   • Any appointment rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a $25 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
   • Promotions are automatically forfeited with a no call no show appointment.

1. Payment Policy:
   • Payments are due at the time of service. 
   • Any returned payments or cancelled payments will result in removal from any My Curvy Wellness Programs.

1. Sales Policy: Any refund request must be made prior to services rendered. Gift card sales are final and expire 1 year after purchase. 
2. Pricing and Availability:
   • Pricing and availability of services are subject to change without prior notice.

We do not share your personal information, including mobile data, with third parties for marketing purposes. All data collected is used solely for providing and improving our services.   • Acknowledge the consumer's right to opt out of messaging campaigns.
